Brevet Parachutiste British Army and type "Black and Blue".

This rare variant is still little documented and its precise attribution remains partially uncertain.

Its wearing by some patented paratrooper Commandoes is now confirmed and also seems to have been used by SOE personnel as well as, more punctually, by regular paratroopers.
