1 - Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply without restriction or reservation to any consultation or order placed on the WW Military Collection website (hereinafter referred to as "https://ww-military-collection.com"), owned by WW Military, 592 Route du Pont Normand 14330 Cartigny L'Epinay, registered with the CAEN Trade and Companies Register under number Caen B 811 277 433.
They specifically outline the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and the management of potential returns of products ordered by customers.
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, particularly those applicable to direct sales.
2 – Orders
The client declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to place an order on the "WW Military Collection" website.
The products displayed on the site are authentic and comply with legal requirements, detailing their main characteristics, including specifications, illustrations, texts, and photos that are integral to the description.
The client is required to review the full description of the product, along with all available photos, before placing an order on the "WW Military Collection" website.
Product offers are subject to stock availability as indicated when placing the order. The selection and purchase of a product is the sole responsibility of the client.
The ordering process implemented on the website complies with the provisions of Article 1369-5 of the French Civil Code, specifying the terms for concluding electronic contracts. This ordering process takes place as follows:
- The buyer selects their product(s) and then confirms their virtual shopping cart after verifying its contents.
- The buyer fills in their identity and delivery information, including a phone number.
- They review the details of their order and the total amount due, correct any errors, then validate with a "first click."
- The buyer reads and accepts the general terms and conditions of sale by checking the designated box.
- They choose their payment method and confirm with a "second click," constituting irrevocable acceptance of the order under these general terms and conditions of sale.
- The buyer receives an initial acknowledgment of their order registration, followed by a second email upon payment acceptance. The seller’s payment confirmation binds both parties to the contract.
3 - Pricing
Product prices are provided at the rates in effect on the website, expressed in euros.
They do not include delivery and packaging fees, which will be charged in addition, under the conditions indicated on the WW Military Collection website.
The final amount payable by the client corresponds to the total purchase amount, including these fees.
4 – Payment Terms
The price is payable in full at the time of ordering.
Payment is due in full upon placing the order, using one of the following methods:
- by credit cards via Monetico: Visa, MasterCard
- via PayPal
- by check
- by bank transfer
Payment data via credit card is encrypted using the protocol established by Monetico, compliant with French and international interbank regulations. This solution allows the buyer to make purchases securely. The bank details of buyers paying by credit card are not retained by WW Military Collection and are transmitted directly to CIC bank establishments.
The seller is not obligated to deliver the products ordered by the client if they do not pay the full price under the conditions outlined above.
Billing
The invoice sent to the buyer after delivery includes the information provided in their client account. The buyer may modify these details for any new order placed on the website.
Buyers acting as professionals will provide WW Military Collection with all the information necessary to establish an invoice for professional use, including their intra-community VAT number.
5 - Delivery
Delivery will be carried out by postal services with insurance covering the order's value or by a carrier under the same conditions.
The products ordered by the buyer will be shipped within an average of 5 DAYS from the order date on the WW Military Collection website and payment of the required amount on that date.
Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the client of the physical possession or control of the product.
The seller commits to making every effort to deliver the products ordered by the buyer within the specified time frames. These deadlines are provided for information only, and the seller cannot be held liable to the buyer in case of a delivery delay not exceeding three months.
If the ordered products have not been delivered within this timeframe for any reason other than force majeure or the client’s action, the sale may be canceled at the buyer’s written request, under the conditions provided in Articles L.216-2, L.216-3, and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code for consumer clients. Any amounts paid by the buyer will then be refunded within fourteen days for consumers and as soon as possible for professional buyers, following the date of contract termination, excluding any compensation or retention.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify, prior to ordering, that the products can be transported through the access routes to the delivery location, that they have provided accurate and complete contact information, and that their name is clearly visible at the delivery location.
The carrier's inability to deliver on the agreed date due to the buyer’s absence or lack of information on specific delivery requirements may lead to additional delivery fees and/or order cancellation.
The client is required to check the condition and quantities of the delivered products and to note any specific and justified reservations in the delivery slip in case of damages or shortages; general reservations like “subject to unpacking” are insufficient.
The client has 48 hours from delivery to confirm in writing (by mail or email) any reservations or claims for non-compliance or apparent defects in the delivered products, along with all supporting evidence (photos, etc.). After this period and failure to comply with these formalities, the products will be deemed compliant and free of any apparent defects, and no claim will be validly accepted by the seller. No returns of personalized products will be accepted, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
The seller will reimburse or replace the products delivered with duly proven non-compliance or visible or hidden defects by the client as quickly as possible and at their expense, under the conditions provided in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (see warranties in particular).
6 – Transfer of Ownership and Transfer of Risks
The transfer of ownership of the seller's products to the buyer will only occur after full payment of the price by the buyer, regardless of the delivery date of the products.
Regardless of the date of ownership transfer of the products, the transfer of loss and deterioration risks will only occur when the products are taken into physical possession.
7 - Consumer Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legal provisions, the client has a fourteen-day (14) period from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal from the seller, without giving reasons or incurring penalties, for exchange or refund, provided the products are returned in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice, within 14 days following the seller’s notification of their withdrawal decision.
This right is, however, excluded for the supply of customized goods and products according to the client’s specifications, such as personalized and customized jerseys.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions...) to allow them to be remarketed in new condition.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised online using the withdrawal form available on the WW Military Collection website or by any unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw, or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to:
WW Military
592 Route du Pont Normand
14330 Cartigny L'Epinay
France
The request will be immediately forwarded to customer service, who will contact the buyer to arrange for the return of the product and inform them of the steps to follow, which vary depending on the product's original shipping method. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the above-stated period, only the price of the purchased products and delivery fees are excluded from the refund, with return fees remaining the client’s responsibility.
The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products returned by the client in accordance with this article.
8 - Product Warranty / Liability
The items presented on the "WW Military Collection" website are original, and in the event of an error, we offer the possibility of a refund under the following conditions:
If the item does not match the one ordered, in terms of photos, description, or dating, you must contact us by email (contact@WW-military-collection.fr) within 3 days of receiving your order.
This refund request excludes any issues or incidents occurring after the receipt of the order that are due to handling or manipulation of the item after the package has been opened.
Art. L. 217-4: The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is responsible for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. The seller is also responsible for any conformity defects resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation if these were undertaken under the seller’s responsibility as specified in the contract.
Art. L. 217-5: To comply with the contract, the goods must:
Be fit for the usual purpose expected of similar goods and, where applicable: match the description provided by the seller and have the qualities presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model; display the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect based on the public statements made by the seller, producer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling;
Or possess characteristics mutually agreed upon by the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, made known to the seller and accepted by them.
Art. L. 217-12: The action resulting from the conformity defect is time-barred two years from the delivery of the goods.
The legal warranty of conformity applies independently of any commercial warranty that may potentially cover the Product.
The Client may choose to implement the warranty against hidden defects in the Product in accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code; in this case, they may choose between canceling the sale or receiving a reduction in the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.

The parties hereby waive the provisions of Article 1195 of the Civil Code and the unforeseeability regime it provides, undertaking to fulfill their obligations even if the contractual balance is disrupted by circumstances that were unforeseeable at the time of the sale, even if their execution becomes excessively burdensome, and to bear all economic and financial consequences.

As soon as the cause for the suspension of their mutual obligations disappears, the Parties will make every effort to resume normal execution of their contractual obligations as quickly as possible. If the impediment is permanent or exceeds a period of 30 days, the contract shall be automatically terminated. Termination will only take effect 8 days after receiving a notice expressing the intention to apply this clause, delivered by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
