Created in 1942, the N°10 CDO was a unique unit in British military history composed of volunteers from the occupied countries (French, Belgians, Dutch, Norwegians, Poles, Yugoslavs, Greeks...)

It brought together soldiers determined to continue the struggle alongside the Allies, trained in commando tactics in Scotland, its various multinational "Troops" took part in many operations in Europe such as raids and special operations
